Tanzanian musician Marioo and his partner Paula Kajala are anticipating the arrival of a baby girl, marking their first child together.

Their relationship blossomed a few months after Paula’s breakup with her former boyfriend, Rayvanny.

Paula joyously announced the pregnancy news on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself accompanied by a heartfelt caption: “The butterflies in my stomach turned into 2 tiny feet.”

Two weeks prior, the couple hosted a gender reveal event, attended by Paula’s prominent parents and members of the entertainment industry.

During the ceremony, Paula’s mother, Fridah Kajala, extended apologies to Paulah’s father, P Funk Majani, acknowledging any past conflicts they might have had.

“I’m sorry if I offended you in any way. You are the best father, and I love you,” Fridah Kajala expressed.

The pregnancy had been kept low-key despite circulating rumors until Paulah’s public announcement.

Responding to speculation that he dedicated a new song to Paulah after her pregnancy revelation, Rayvanny clarified that the song was intended to celebrate expectant mothers in general.

Explaining his inspiration, Rayvanny shared, “I was on the plane, and there was a pregnant woman. It made me reflect on the tremendous sacrifices women make for us. Pregnancy is a significant journey, and I wanted to express gratitude to all expectant mothers and mothers alike.”
