The Song represents a start of something new. A fresh beginning. I like to think of it as an uplifting track. For anybody that’s Moving from an underdog position to a higher ground in terms of self belief & self confidence. It’s heavy hitting in the production with The blend between reggae instruments, the Bob Marley sample with the hip hop drums & bass which makes it catchy & new to the ear. Overall from the feedback I’ve gotten it’s a celebratory track that gives out an uplifting vibe to anybody that hears it.” Speaking of his latest single ‘Must Rise’ Marcus Wi opened up about the single.

Marcus Wi is certainly a person of interest that these whack rappers should be afraid of and he is such an artiste fans should rally behind  because in about a while he is going to change the industry just as Mbithi is gradually doing with his own craft.

Here’s the official audio of the ‘Must Rise’ hit single that you owe yourself to have a listen to

I love everybody who loves everybody, somebody got to love somebody at some point.
Music is something that comes natural to everybody and it's a language that everybody can understand, I understand it and that's why I speak it
fluently, do you.
