Speaking to Biggest Kaka about her album ‘Timeless’ debuting on Billboard Reggae Chart at number 2, she humbly said, “Good music will forever be timeless.”
On her long career, Marcia Griffiths has appeared on Billboard chart before. In 1990, ‘Electric Boogie’ which according to Billboard, is the biggest selling single in the United States for a Jamaican female artiste peaked at number 51 on the Hot 100 Chart and number 78 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart.
In 2013, ‘Marcia Griffiths and Friends’ was her first album to enter the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart, stalling at number nine on the chart.
