Marcia Griffiths has sure made her name become synonymous with Reggae over the years by always being consistent and prolific always coming on with fresh sounds to entertain and educate her fans in equal measures.

The legendary Reggae artiste recently released her 15-tracks album dubbed ‘Timeless’ under the sought after Tad’s International Record and it was positively received across the globe.

The phenomenal ‘Timeless’ album debuted on Billboard Reggae Charts at number 2 which made history in all of her albums that has ever debuted on Billboard before.

The ‘Timeless’ album is the first album by Marcia Griffiths to have ever debuted at the top 3 spot.

Speaking to Biggest Kaka about her album ‘Timeless’ debuting on Billboard Reggae Chart at number 2, she humbly said, “Good music will forever be timeless.”

In 1990, ‘Electric Boogie’ which according to Billboard, is the biggest selling single in the United States for a Jamaican female artiste peaked at number 51 on the Hot 100 Chart and number 78 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart.

In 2013, ‘Marcia Griffiths and Friends’ was her first album to enter the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart, stalling at number nine on the chart.
