The Deputy President of Kenya Hon. William Ruto is currently in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania attending the 17th extraordinary East African Community (EAC) Heads of State and Government Summit and was welcomed by Tanzanian President John Magufuli personally for the exclusive event.
Today however, was the day that Jubilee Party was launching their party with President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto being the party leaders.
