Magix Enga has been the talk of the town since yesterday at night after he pulled one of the moves that nobody saw it coming.
The respected, multi-talented Kenyan record producer and artistes pulled down Tekashi 6ix9ine’s number one record since he was released from prison dubbed ‘Gooba’.
The record producer who doesn’t play when it comes to his beats took down Tekashi 6ix 9ine’s hit record from YouTube because of Copyright infringement and the world was here for it.
The record ‘Gooba’ peaked at No. 3 at The Billboard Hot 100
Magix Enga who also pulled down ‘Uno’ hit song by Harmonize from YouTube because of the producer of the song sampling one of his songs shocked the world after he pulled down Tekashi 6ix 9ine’s ‘Gooba’ hit record from YouTube for some hours before it came back online.
The song peaked at No. 3 at The Billboard Hot 100, it didn’t reach the No. 1 spot though and 6ix 9ine threw tantrum over that fact lashing at Ariana Grande over her song ‘Stuck with You’ with Justin Bieber that refused to be knocked out of the number 1 sweet spot at the Billboard.
Magix Enga for the better part of last night and earlier today has been trending not only in Kenya but across the globe specifically in the United States.
Magix Enga’s girlfriend tattoos his name on her skin
Magix Enga becomes the very first producer, locally, internationally, or otherwise to ever remove the most popular hip hop from YouTube.
Magix Enga purports that the only reason he returned the song back online on YouTube was that he reached a certain agreement with 6ix 9ine and his people and got paid and because he is the good guy on the picture, decided to share the dividends from his huge payout with people in need during this trying times of the Coronavirus, COVID-19 pandemic.
“About the story that is trending, y’all need to know that he did note sample my beats, he used just 1 of my sample kits. I have my own sample kits and I uploaded them six years ago.” Magix Enga said via his social media handle, “only produces can understand this. So YouTube had to take that song down, and because I don’t want to fight I decided to put that song back on YouTube after receiving some cash and I want to give that money to those who can’t afford a meal today”
Reactions
Apparently what Magix Enga did strike a nerve and got the entire entertainment scene especially in the U.S. being interested in him after he successfully brought down 6ine 9ine’s ‘Gooba’ music video.
The numerous hitmaker took to Instagram sharing his rather busy DM which even shows 50 cents sending him the laughing emoji and other established artistes and other accomplished entertainers giving him props for pulling down 6ix 9ine’s song.
6ix 9ine has been since labeled a rat for snitching so that he can be released early.
