Machachari’s actor Govi who graced the TV screen for years since he was a kid has finally opened up about his sexuality after he was questioned all about it.
Govi of Machachari real name Malik Lemmy who celebrated his 20th birthday last year broke the internet a few weeks ago after he took photos wearing women shoes.
Malik Lemmy’s sexuality was questioned after he shared photos of himself wearing women high heeled boots on his recent photoshoots. Netizens were quick to label him gay soon as he released those photos.
On a sit-down interview with Jalang’o on Jalang’o TV, Malik Lemmy said that the only reason he decided to wear the controversial high heeled boots was because his photographer and fashion designer suggested it to him.

He said that was just about it, nothing more, nothing less.
He said that answering Jalang’o’s bold question: “mbona umeanza kuvaa nguo ya wamama?”

Malik Lemmy is actually surprised about what netizens suggested about his sexuality.
He’s even more surprised and shocked to an extent that he sat down talking about his sexuality, something that he never thought he would have to talk about in public.
Malik Lemmy reiterated that he’s the straightest man you’ll ever meet in showbiz today despite what other people said about him after they saw him in high heeled female shoes.
“Lakini it’s very funny ati mtu anaweza kaa chini aone ati wewe ni gay, am the straightest man you will ever meet. And actually, I have never thought naweza kaa chini kuanza kuhave a conversation about mimi kuwa gay.
Ndio maana mimi huambia mafans, unaweza jipata kwa mix up ya watu na wao wanapiga showbiz… because hiyo hate na love zikimix inakuwa success,” he explained.
Malik Lemmy is among the few Machachari actors who are known for being vocal on social media today.
