Rapper Lon Jon has chimed in to address where he stands when it comes to the current talk of the town after DJ Evolve talked for the first time after leaving the hospital.
DJ Evolve real name Felix Orinda was shot point-blank by politician Babu Owino, the incident was captured live on CCTV.
Even though the politician has been cleared of all charges by the court, Kenyans have been keen on wanting to see him be in jail.
Among the multitudes of Kenyans who want justice for DJ Evolve is the established rapper Lon Jon who wants Kenya as a nation to come together with the same energy the way, the world came together to seek justice for the late George Floyd.
“I couldn’t get past 15 seconds of watching DJ Evolve’s interview on NTV,” Lon Jon said in part on Instagram sharing a happy and energetic DJ Evolve playing at his booth. “seeing him in such a state hurt! His whole life has changed forever and it’s up to us to use our voices to speak up and take action for him.
Anyiko Owoko attacks Babu Owino calling him a disgrace
It could have been any of us. I saw people speak up with the Floyd situation letting their voices heard that Kenyan’s stood with them. Now keep that same energy, this is in our own backyard!!”
A few months ago, Anyiko Owoko made a beeline for Jalang’o’s jugular on social media after he openly showing support for the former student leader at the University of Nairobi for almost a decade despite what he did to DJ Evolve who was released from the hospital the other day.
