Mwalimu Rachel has cut ties with Gengetone group Sailors a year after cracks started emerging on their partnership.

The media personality discovered Sailors and was their manager for over two years before they fell out last year and the group found a new record label.

In November 2020, Rachel has now made it official that she would no longer be booking Sailors for any gigs.

She said her media company MRX Media will be focusing on introducing new talents.

“I just felt it is right to put God first in my life for all he has done for me. I mean, He is there for me even when I sin He still wakes me up. Holy or not, He has you,” wrote Lexxy Yung.

Adding that;

“I want to take this opportunity to apologize to the lady who got us here as a group and also personally. Big up to Mwalimu Rachel.

The beef was so intense. But people fight, even family fight. But I hope you can forgive me and my brothers for the mistakes we made.”
