Mc Jessy has become a very successful and influential man in the world of Kenyan comedy( Is there really a world of Kenyan comedy? Hmm?).
The man who started out as a shamba boy when he moved to Nairobi from his “shagz” has now escalated onto a patch that most of us don’t see, only smell and envy from afar. The heights of wealth, fame and fortune that he has ascended to, are a testament to the grit, diligence and outright willpower of one Kenya’s best provocateurs.
What most people see of celebs is the finished product forgetting that before silver gets is’s sheen it must be polished, diamonds must be broken and even iron must be sharpened. This TBT of MC Jessy shows him when he was still skinny and dating Cecilia Mwangi! This guy was hustling but was still able to bag a former Miss Kenya! Clearly, his struggle is not my struggle!
Now he earns not less than 200,000 to MC a show. How fortune can change!
