Legendary Jamaican dancehall artiste who is respected across the globe for his music to an extent of being revered by his fans confirmed officially via his Twitter handle that he was indeed coming to Kenya after working with the most sought after group right now in the country, Ethic on the remix of ‘Figa’ which took the internet streets by storm after the song was released.

Konshens real name Garfield Spence who is coming back to Kenya once again took to social media and asked Kenyans to participate on a competition that will see the victors perform as his backing vocalist and maybe, just maybe get to perform on their own on his highly anticipated Nairobi show that will see him perform alongside most of the great musicians the country has to offer today.

“Singers in KENYA?? like real vocalists??🙂. Think I’m gonna do a singers’ competition where 2 winners get to be my backing vocalists on my show the 7th🤔…and maybe get to perform solo too?? And maybe have me produce and release a song for them too??🤔should I?” Konshens tweeted.

The ‘Bruk Off Yuh Back’ hit maker sent out another tweet asking his fans to stop sending the videos via DM but rather tag him and radio personality G Money while sharing on social media and so far the Jamaican artiste has been impressed by the talent Kenyans have with even the talented musician Wendy Kemunto sharing her own set.

“Wooowwww what are u guys eating in Kenya 🔥🔥🔥🔥🥰🎵🎵🎵” he said sharing once video of Josphine Mwarari(@MwarariJosphine)

“Been thinking on the best way to do this. running through my DMs is not the way. If you really want it go for it hard and LOUD. do a video singing a song, one of mine or one of your dont matter. @ me @GMONEYizME and #Konshenskenyasinger tell your friends or your Fans to REPOST!!” he wrote on Twitter.

Konshens already found his two vocalists and shared with the world via his social media accounts and promised to have a 3 hours show with 30 minutes exclusively dedicated to showcase the amazing talents Kenya has as a country.
