TikTok sensation Kevin Kinuthia is taking things a bit far as he is set to undergo butt enlargement in a bid to look even more feminine.
The controversial crossdresser talked about enlarging his booty while he was twerking for his fans in a TikTok video.
Kinuthia appeared in the video while dressed in a dera as he twerked on his balcony.

Kinuthia shot to fame by confessing how he ‘eats’ fare that randy men sent him thinking that he was a woman.
He gained popularity through his Tik Tok videos where he imitates women and also does some seductive moves to thirst trap men.
After completing form four in 2019, Kinuthia moved to Thika to start hustling. His imitation of women earned him a great following on TikTok.
He had to drop out of college to concentrate on content creation as he couldn’t balance school work and social media as his fans requested videos totaling up to six in a day.
