King Kanja finished last year on a high note with a collaboration like none other after he got to work with the baddest female rapper in the country, Petra and American, Grammy nominated artiste Bobby Valentino, now Bobby V to release ‘Mambo Ni Leo’ which was produced and shot in the country and had Bobby V singing in Swahili.
King Kanja who has proven more than enough times how versatile of an artiste he is after working with Africa’s best and not forgetting his past even though he’s usually based abroad, his music usually champions and perpertuates African cultures and that’s why he has forever been consistent and relevant even after being in the game for years.

The pro-African artiste just as promised has finally released his EP dubbed ‘Muchoki’ today and it’s a project that you need to listen to it on your own to understand how good a project it is and how Kenyan musicians are just on their own level of greatness.
The project has six records on it with four features from Kelmah Shiko, Craigy T, Naomi Wamboe, Petra and the one and only Bobby Valentino.
King Kanja has worked with numerous record producers on this project with one of them being the legendary Nigerian samklef who has worked with Wizkid before early on in his career.

He is the record producer behind the ‘Faraway’ record which is dedicated to everyone who left their home country to make a better life for their families.
