Directed by Ricky Bekko for and filmed in Nairobi, the ‘Kula Vako’ visuals see a carefree King Kaka and Kansoul’s Mejja, Kid Kora and Madtraxx as vibrant as ever enjoying themselves. The four gents display enviable chemistry and this is evident in how the song has been received thus far.
Since its release on Friday last week, the song has been trending on YouTube peaking at the second trending video in Kenya from last week.
“Kansoul and I have been friends for years and we even did the Ligi Soo track together. After all this time in the game, we felt it was about time we came together to create some some magic. ‘Kula Vako’ is basic slang for ‘take it easy’, learn to have less pressure on yourself in this beautiful life.” King Kaka said.
King Kaka released his fifth studio album ‘Eastlando Royalty’ late last year and since that he has been on the roll ever since releasing hit records, one after another with his recent one being ‘Far Away’ which features American rapper, Cassidy.
King Kaka’s latest record dubbed ‘Kula Vako’ that was produced by Jack Jack on the Beat for Kaka Empire Studio and features The Kansoul which comprises of Kid Kora, Mejja and Madtraxx is King Kaka’s 7th release this year.
