Khaligraph Jones wants to go back to school to study law and become one of the very few intellectual celebrities who have something to fall back on if the music career doesn’t pun out.

The Kayole born and bred rapper didn’t get the chance to study beyond his form four grade that he got under the 8-4-4 school system and he’s bent to change all that in a few months from now.

Speaking with a local YouTuber disclosing this news as an exclusive to the YouTuber, Khaligraph Jones wants to go back to school to study law and constitution because he intends to do something big in 2027, he didn’t divulge more on what he meant by that but maybe he meant joining politics in 2027, all we can do now is speculate since he didn’t confirm or deny that.

“I want to go back to school to study law. This is not information I want to put out there but I will be going back to school to study law and constitution,” the ‘Sifu Bwana’ rapper said.

This comes a few days after gospel musician Ringtone argued that uneducated musicians are way richer than their counterparts who are supposedly educated with “big” degrees back at home.

Khaligraph Jones’s plans to enroll himself back to school to study law at the university won’t be unprecedented because his music rival, Octopizzo has already done the same.

Octopizzo going to University

Octopizzo boasts of having graduated from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA) upon completion of a course in leadership, organizing, and action in 2019. Octopizzo usually values education and he’s on record in championing the importance of education above anything else in different interviews he’s been on.

“Bringing all my [expletive] safely, I want to thank the Harvard for enrolling me and my lecturers, my classmates, I finished. Yes and this is my Certificate for those who thought I was playing, najua nilikuwa nimenyamaza sana, mangoma hazitoki, nilikuwa nakula book and I’m done with this Course now and music will be coming soon. This [expletive] is treatment and book smart, never try me men, never compare to this other random staff. This [expletive] is real. Thank you Harvard.

The rapper had enrolled at the Harvard Kennedy School at Harvard University from February 4th, 2019 to May 20, 2019.

“Thanks to all who made this possible. Thanks to @harvardkennedyschool for the amazing time. Now time to put knowledge into action. #education #Don,” reads Octopizzo’s caption.

Harvard is not the only University that Henry Ohanga has attended. In 2018, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was pursuing a course in social impact strategy. His plan is to go for his masters when the time is right.

“Thanks for the Knowledge, happy to be a graduate in 2018 something that I already gave up on! After high school but education has no age limit.

Never in a hundred years would I thought of even attending UPenn even as a tourist, thanks to the lecturers, thanks to my new friends, thanks to my family for the support and patience during my every now and then travels, Can’t wait to go for my Masters Next and & where life takes me after that. So for my masters, I’ll put it out there if you got any scholarships links hit me up,” shared Octopizzo.

It’s only right Khaligraph Jones gets to follow the huge footsteps of Octopizzo that he left behind right after he made the bold move of going back to school years ago.

It seems Octopizzo seems to be making moves that a lot of rappers are emulating, even if it’s not in music.

I am a Pan-Afrikanist to the core and love to let the world know what they are missing in Africa. I might do that through music and some interesting posts from time to time so please bare with me.

I will always be real though, that's a guarantee.
