Khaligraph Jones teases his first unreleased gospel song ‘Sifu Bwana’

Khaligraph Jones teased a song that has somewhat resonated with almost everyone who has had the privilege to have a listen to it.

The Afrima, AFRIMMA, Soundcity MVP Award-winning rapper might have made a conscious decision to follow Nyashinski’s footsteps of releasing a gospel hit record despite being a secular sensation artiste.

The Kayole born and bred rapper shared a clip of how he came about the idea of recording the gospel song that came to him as an inspiration through an epiphany that he had while he was having a siesta.

Khaligraph Jones recorded the song ‘Sifu Bwana’ that almost every other Kenyan knows the lyrics to the song because it’s mostly sung in Churches and schools.

Khaligraph shared a short skit of how he came about recording the song that sees him rapping to the beats of the ‘Sifu Bwana’ record which is a gospel song that gives praises to God for everything He has done for the sought-after commercial rapper in Kenya today.

The ‘Sifu Bwana’ record which is in Swahili and loosely translates to “Praise the Lord” sees Khaligraph Jones singing to the hook of the song and rapping to it as well.

Well, he hasn’t released it yet or even hinted at releasing the unreleased teased single but fans want to hear the whole song right after they listened to the hook and the first few words he rapped on the record as he teased on social media.

Fans want him to release the song as soon as possible.

During the publishing of this article, the ‘Sifu Bwana’ tease song that he posted on Instagram had over 216,000 views and counting and it’s only been 24 hours since he shared the clip online accompanied with an important question to his fans.

“SIFU BWANA. When Inspiration kicks in, should we make it a song?” he posed the question to his million fans worldwide.
