Steph Kapela is somewhat like a Kenyan version of ‘Tory Lanez’ talent-wise because he can sing as well as he can rap.
Kapela is so much talented, so much so that he can rap and sing in one record that might make you believe that there are two artistes in the same song, one rapping and one singing a hook for the record.
Steph Kapela whose real name is Stephen Nyankuru has since captured as the attention of rap and hip hop fans in the county carving a niche for himself as one of the best rap prospects in the country as a bona fide rapper in the super-competitive hip hop realm.
The Dagoretti School alumni owned the annual Khaligraph Jones’s ‘Khali Cartel 2’ back in 2018 where he kicked it off, he was on the ‘Khali Cartel 2’ together with Twenny Eights, Timmy Blanco, Katapilla, and Xtatic.

Taking to social media, the self-proclaimed OG told the world to always know that Steph Kapela is one of the best rappers not only in Kenya but the entire African continent.

Khaligraph Jones also shared a short clip of the rapper in one of his music videos showering himself with praises about him being the best rapper there is today.
