Khaligraph Jones released some hit records in the year and also had an anthem of a record out in ‘Juu Ya Ngori’ that has since become synonymous to Nairobi Youth just the way the way ‘Lamba Lolo’ is popular.
The Kayole born and bred rapper also won his first regional award that saw him floor the likes of Sarkodie, Phyno, Shane Eagle, Nasty C, Tha Dogg, Cassper Nyovest, MHD, Zoro, Olamide to emerge as the best rap act in Africa at the Afrimma Awards 2018 earning himself respect across the African region as a rapper to watch out for.

That wasn’t all, the rapper also landed himself a lucrative deal with Monster Energy where he was named the face and the brand ambassador of the international brand representing the brand in the country.
The year 2018 being as successful as it has been, Khaligraph Jones had something to say to those people who he had offended ot pissed in the year from the bottom of the heart.
“I wanna take this opportunity to Address all the people that I have offended or pissed off this Year, it was not intentional in any way and from the Bottom of my Heart let me just say That I honestly give zero [expletive], Next week Mazishi ni ile ile, 2019 mtajua Hamjui buda #respecttheogs” Khaligraph Jones posted said on his Instagram account.
Khaligraph Jones also promised to bring more heat come 2019, best we watch this space and the precedence he is setting in the rap world.
