Khaligraph Jones might be riding high on his recently released hit record dubbed ‘Punguza Kasheshe’, a drill sound that has since been accepted on the streets and acknowledged by almost all the radio stations around the continent.
What nobody knew altogether about the talented award-winning rapper is that he released unofficially an audio version of his highly anticipated hit record dubbed ‘Luku’ that brings out some of the best rappers in the industry today.
On the hit project, Khaligraph Jones features the fierce Ssaru, Lamas Span KOB, Brit The Ruler, Donn J, Katapilla, Steph Kapela, and Boutross who has been owning the hip hop scene with stellar hit records in his own right.
The song is basically about drip and every other rapper on the song came in blazing with every metaphor, witty rhymes, with Khaligraph Jones explaining to the Sheng nonspeakers the meaning of Luku while rapping, flowing, and leveling with the beat is something you don’t want to miss on this year.
Khaligraph Jones chose the best of the best rappers who represented 100% on this ‘Luku’ project, he couldn’t have chosen any better.
With Khaligraph Jones putting on upcoming and established rappers in the rap game will only help put the Kenyan hip hop scene in the international pedestal once the hip hop scene gets an international footing.
Indeed the East has something to say!
This becomes the first mainstream record Ssaru gets to work with Khaligraph Jones despite the two artistes being fans of each other’s projects and persona.
To say the least, them working together on a record is rather poetic.
