Khaligraph Jones has revealed that sometimes he is not comfortable being on camera and that in such instances he would not grant interviews.
The rapper stressed that celebrities shouldn’t be castigated for declining to be interviewed, he noted that not all celebs love the glam and glitz of showbiz.
Khaligraph further argued that celebs have different personalities and they shouldn’t lead fake lifestyles for the sake of showbiz.
“Watu wako na njia venye wanaishi maisha yao. If I don’t want cameras on my face every time that’s a personal choice it’s not about showbiz ama nini.”
“Kuna wasanii wengine wanapenda camera kwa sura yao kila saa, si kila mtu anaishi hivyo. Kila mtu ako na persona different so usi castigate wasanii. Mi ni advocate wa wasanii wa Kenya, ‘ati wasanii wa Kenya wajui showbiz’. It’s not about showbiz bro, it’s about how you want to live your life,” said Khaligraph during an interview with SPM Buzz.
Khaligraph is currently promoting his new album ‘Invisible Currency.’ He explained that it comes from the strength of your brand and how much you have invested to build it.
“You can have 1 million in your pocket but when we stand together, even with your 1m, I will still tower over you. The OG is the OG because the currency I have is invisible.”
