President William Ruto has nominated his favorite Principal Secretaries and already submitted the list to the National Assembly for consideration and approval.
Kenyans have reacted to the lack of exclusivity, regional and gender balance in his proposed list on Permanent Secretaries.
President William Ruto has given 12 out 51 positions to qualified Kenyans of the Kalenjin tribe, leaving a majority of citizens in bitterness.
The names of the PS nominees from the Kalenjin tribe are;
1.Julius Korir
2.Aurelia Rono
3.Julius Bitok
4.Chris Kiptoo
5.Korir Songei
6.Nixon Korir
7.John Tanui
8.Peter Tum
9.Belio Kipsang
10.Harry Kimutai
11.Festus Ngeno
12.Paul Ronoh
In a country of many tribes, this seems unfair but again, politics is a dirty game of numbers.
This move by President William Ruto only shows that loyalty and support is appreciated and compensated in other ways other than monetary settlement.

Leave Kalenjins ALONE. This is now THIER Government. And in the AFFAIRS of government, LOYALTY is superior to COMPETENCE. Like it or NOT, Ruto has REWARDED loyalty. And this is ADMIRABLE in a leader. My BEST wishes to the Principal Secretaries. NOTE: There will be NO corruption. – @MutahiNgunyi
