Kenyans on Twitter are beyond elated especially after learning that the tallest building in the world, The Burj Khalifa in United Arabs Emirates displayed the Kenyan flag on its 828 m height.
Ecstatic Kenyans couldn’t believe the tallest building in the world which has 163 floors with 2 subterranean levels in parking took its time to honor Kenya’s 56 years of independence.
The entire Burj Khalifa was lit with Kenyan flag in celebration of independence day just the way it lit a few months ago in October for Ugandan independence day in October 2019.
The cost to place a promotional advert or message on the faรงade of the Burj Khalifa starts from AED250,000 for the three minutes during weekdays from 8pm to 10pm, rising to AED350,000 at weekends.
For two three minute impressions any night between 8pm and 10pm the price is AED500,000 and for AED1 million you can get five three minute impressions any night between 7pm and midnight.
Check out the reactions from Kenyans on twitter who were moved by the Burj Khalifa displaying the Kenyan flag celebrating Kenyan independence day.
