Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN album recently got certified double platinum by the RCCA inspired his new collaboration with the shoe giants, Nike Cortez after he switched up partnership with Nike from Reebok.
Kendrick has before worked with Reebok on releasing Classic Leather, Club C and Reebok Ventilator sneakers has switched sides to the swoosh side after publicly tweeting back in August: “Cortez. Since day one. #teamnike#TDE,” and tagging both Nike and Nike LOS Angeles.

The Kendrick Lamar x Nike Cortez which has been inspired from “DAMN” features a blend of nylon and suede with a brick red upper and black accents with a heel tab. “K” and “L” which are his initials are stamped on the heel of the left and right shoes respectively while “TDE” lace dubraes.
