Edday Nderitu, wife of Mugithi artiste and police officer Samidoh Muchoki, has extended heartfelt congratulations to her husband following his graduation from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). Samidoh was among the proud graduates who received their degrees on Friday.
Reflecting on his journey, Edday recalled the day her husband decided to pursue higher education.
She shared how Samidoh made the decision to return to class after the birth of their second child, a commitment that took him seven years to fulfill.
“Your perseverance and dedication have paid off,” Edday wrote in her congratulatory message.
“I remember when you decided to pursue your degree; we had just welcomed our baby, Mike. Thank you for your dedication and true spirit. I am forever inspired.”
Edday highlighted Samidoh’s unwavering commitment to his family and education, noting his ability to balance household responsibilities with academic pursuits.
“You were always on your feet, assuming household chores, preparing Shirleen for school, and dropping her off on your way to classes. Despite many challenges, you never gave up. Congratulations,” she added.
This message comes shortly after the couple was seen enjoying an adventure in the United States, marking a positive turn in their relationship following a period of tension.
Edday had previously moved to the U.S. after a dispute with Samidoh over his involvement with Senator Karen Nyamu.
Meanwhile, Karen Nyamu has not publicly celebrated or congratulated Samidoh on his graduation.
The UDA-nominated senator was also not seen at Samidoh’s graduation party.
