Kanye West’s wife, Bianca Censori, is facing serious allegations of sending explicit adult videos to an employee, which were allegedly accessible to minors.
The 47-year-old scandal-plagued rapper, who was infamously dropped from numerous major brand deals following his anti-Semitic comments, is now facing another legal battle along with his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, 39.
In a recent lawsuit, it is claimed that in April, Kanye announced the launch of his adult film business, ‘Yeezy Porn.’
His partner, Bianca Censori, 29, is accused of sending a file-sharing link containing explicit sexual content to a worker.
The suit further alleges that minors working on the project were not protected from viewing these adult videos while developing Kanye’s pornography app.
Although Bianca is not named as a defendant in the case, her involvement has sparked significant controversy.
The legal papers also allege that Kanye and his associates engaged in “forced labor and cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment” of employees during the development of the YZYVSN streaming service app, aimed to rival platforms like Qobuz, Tidal, Spotify, and Apple Music.
Employees were reportedly referred to as “new slaves” by Kanye.
The alleged offenses are said to have began when Kanye and Milo supposedly hired an international developer group, which included several black members and underage teens as young as 14.
The documents reveal that these employees primarily worked remotely, maintaining constant communication with Kanye, Milo, and their team through digital platforms such as Discord, Zoom, and Slack.
In April, Milo allegedly promised to pay $120,000 to the developer group upon completion of the app, provided they agreed to the work conditions and refrained from complaining.
However, the situation rapidly deteriorated, with Kanye reportedly insisting that all employees sign non-disclosure agreements and threatening to fire the minors and withhold payment if they refused.
The lawsuit also claims that minors were coerced into signing “volunteer” agreements.
In group chats, white managers in the business are accused of using harassing language towards staff concerning their age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and national origin.
The documents detail an incident where Milo sent a black or brown skin emoji to an African American team member and referred to a younger worker as a “school shooter.”
Employees were allegedly bullied into working long hours through the night without pay or rest. The lawsuit seeks damages for unpaid wages and overtime pay, as well as compensation for emotional distress.
These shocking allegations add to the growing list of legal troubles for Kanye West, who continues to face backlash for his controversial actions and decisions.
