The walls came closing in on the popular African comedian, Kansiime Anne after she separated from her husband of many years, nothing was making sense after that relationship that she believed was her last relationship until the end of times.
The stars finally started aligning in her favor after she found true love once again in a YouTuber, musician, and media personality called Skylanta who loved her for her and everything she stood for, and after that, of course, everything else starting to make sense.
Skylanta is so head over heels for his celebrity girlfriend, Anne Kansiime and the feeling seems to be mutual.
On March 8, 2019, Skylanta told the entire world how lucky he truly was to have Kansiime Anne as her girlfriend and a part of his life.
“Today I dedicate to this wonderful woman who is fire and cuddles all in one. A beautiful gem I call my own. Happy women’s day” Skylanta wrote on social media attaching Anne Kansiime’s photo with the message.
The couple who seems to have dated for almost three years now became exclusive back in 2018 when Skylanta still had babylocks on his head, today, he has dreadlocks, that should tell you something.
The first time Skylanta posted Anne Kansiime’s photo together with himself in the same frame was back in April 24, 2018. That’s almost the same time they became exclusive in their relationship.
It’s been years and Skylanta and Kansiime Anne’s love still continues to soar even more in prosperity, success, and empowerment which saw Kansiime Anne receiving the gold plaque from YouTube for attaining 1 million subscribers on the platform becoming the first comedian in East and Central Africa to attain such a milestone.
Opening up on how they met, Skylanta said that they met up in a bar by coincidence where Kansiime Anne was buying patrons alcohol, from the goodness of her heart.
“I met her in a bar,” Skylanta said, “she was buying alcohol and I was like I came to spend money, but if this celebrity is splashing money, why not.”
Anne Kansiime dumped by her husband of five years
Skylanta joked that Kansiime was the one who made the first move on him.
“I was supposed to meet my sister but she came with this guy called Sky, they used to do music together.” Kansiime Anne said.
From that coincidence meeting a couple of years ago, they started seeing each other and as they say, the rest is history.
The couple, both agrees their first kiss was rather awkward, horrible, but they settled on terming it their worst first kiss ever.
“We had the worst first kiss,” they agreed together.
