Kanini Mwaura is as talented as your favorite artist making unique pieces as the days go by.

The fine, beautiful, talented, gifted artist has a lot of pieces she’s worked on throughout her career, she makes a lot of collector’s items which usually take a lot of time to complete.

Her latest creation that has captured the attention of netizens is her latest piece: a hand-painted denim jacket that goes for Ksh. 12000($112).

She is not fazed at all with the pricing of the jacket that took her time to complete stressing that if the Kenyan economy was stable, she could have priced the collectible jacket even higher than the 12K Kenyan Shillings.

When you learn how much time, effort, and research she had to do to make sure she brought forth the beautiful piece, you might even say she underpriced the denim jacket.

Talking exclusively with Biggest Kaka, she disclosed that the jacket is one of its kind, there won’t be another one like it making the fashion piece somewhat like a unicorn, a bright one that’s a sure head-turner.

The jacket is inspired by 19th-century Japanese art, something she confessed she’s been obsessed with.

The beautiful, outstanding jacket, one of its own took her over a month, 30+ hours to complete.

Here are the photos of the magnificent, one of a kind jacket:

She was a bit nervous about putting the jacket out because she was worried about the feedback she would get from netizen critics.

“This jacket is inspired by 19th-century Japanese art. I’ve been obsessed with the style and wanted to incorporate it into my own work,” Kanini Mwaura told Biggest Kaka, “The jacket is hand-dyed(lower immersion fabric dyeing technique).

This jacket took me 30+ hours of work which I did over a month.” she went on.

Kanini maintains that the jacket is impeccable and believes it deserves to be priced more, all things considered.

“I was a bit nervous about putting this jacket out. I know it is pretty pricey and was worried about the kind of feedback I would get. However, I would not change much about the price in fact if our economy was doing much better I would probably charge more. I believe this is a collector’s item; I will only make one of its kind.

The quality of the jacket is impeccable and with proper care, it will last a lifetime.”

Kanini Mwaura is hopeful she will get a buyer who is into fine, impeccable things, probably a collector. In the meantime, she won’t consider reducing the price for the beautiful jacket she made that took her over a month to complete.
