Former Tanzanian power couple Juma Jux and Vanessa Mdee broke up for good after having an on/off relationship for six long years.
Mdee and Jux’s latest breakup was first announced in May 2019 by the latter’s sister Mimi Mars. Vee Money however later revealed that they actually broke up nine months earlier.
The sultry songbird explained that Jux and her decided to keep their breakup secret for a while because their joint business interests would have been affected.
Well, Jux has since come out to speak on why he broke up with Vanessa Mdee way back in 2017. Speaking during an interview with Dozen Selection, Jux revealed that a photo of Mdee with Nigerian singer Ice Prince is what caused their breakup.
“Vanessa alikuwa amesafiri ana nikawa naangalia picha Instagram, nikaona picha kapiga na Ice Prince, na kuna watu nilikuwa nimekaa nao, wanakaniulza sasa picha gani hizi watu wanapiga. Ile mijazo ile. Hapo kulikuwa kumetokea vile vitu vya kina Trey songz. So nikamtext, what is this, futa. Akaniuliza whats wrong with the picture I’m performing. Ni kamwambie hiyo picha sio poa. So mimi nikanimepanic na ile ikasababisha ugomvi mkubwa. Akawa disappointed sana, alikuwa anafanya kazi. Mambo ya wivu. Sasa katika zile hasira ni ka mwambie katafute Boyfriend mwingine. To be honest nilimuonea sana and it was not right. So kile kitu ndo kilikuwa chanzo cha kukosa kwetu. Tukaenda miezi tisa bila kuongea kabisa” said Juma Jux.
