JuBlak has been in the rap game for quite some time now and he has been putting in work for the longest time as well working so hard so much so that he already has a record playing on a popular soap opera in Kenya ‘Toto La Chief’ on mainstream television.
The rapper originally intended to drop his debut album dubbed ‘Sofa Set Dreams’ as a mixtape but later on, changed his mind and changed the project to an album which is about to drop anytime soon.
JuBlak has in the recent past worked with Young Haze and Stitch Blaze on his projects can’t wait for his album to drop already because he believes the album is going to change the rap game as we know it.
JuBlak has already released a couple of singles off the upcoming project which he has worked on it the entire 2019 and it’s to be expected anytime this year.
He has thus far released ‘Sofa Set Dreams’, ‘Story Ya Mtu Najua’ and ‘Ndoto’ records with the latter being the theme song for the Kenyan soap opera ‘Toto La Chief’ on KTN Burudani I mentioned earlier.
JuBlak has worked with different, established, and talented record producers on the ‘Sofa Set Dreams’. He has worked with Santuri, Playmakr, CMG.
Expounding me about the upcoming album, JuBlak said; “This album embodies different styles, storytelling, and cross-genre feelings. Genres like Lo-fi, hip hop, Urban Benga, a little feel-good uptempo kind of vibe will be a part of the album.”
