Former Minister Noah Wekesa who is mandated to steer the merger among all parties affiliated to the Jubilee coalition, has dropped the bomb revealing that Jubilee Alliance Party (JAP) will rule for 200 years.
Jubilee which in now composed of 13 political parties, is set to launch in September 2017 as a single political party.
Wekesa also advised Cord co-principal, Moses Wetangula, to join JAP saying CORD would lose 2017 general election.
The JAP interim co-chair further called on all Luhyas to join and support the new political alliance saying JAP will rule for 200 years.
“We are going to form a very strong political party and a very strong government…Many think we are forming Jubilee to re-elect President Uhuru, no. We are forming Jubilee to have a party that will be there for 20, 100 and 200 years. That is the party we are forming,” Wekesa was quoted by the-Star.
