Video of Joho attending the concert only surfaced on social media recently.
In the trending video, the former governor spoke to the media briefly about her experience at the concert before he got into his British machine and drove off.
Boyz II Men, the American vocal quartet that emerged in the 1990s and became one of the most successful rhythm-and-blues groups, performed in Nairobi, Kenya for the second edition of the now popular Stanbic Yetu Festival.
The American band performed in Kenya as part of their African music tour.
The concert attracted the upper echelons in the city as tickets went for Ksh8,000.
However, the concert was not without disappointments as bad sound, rain and faulty screen made revelers grumble on social media.
