Joeboy real name Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa who is one of the best African songwriters and singers has opened up in a recent interview about his relationship status.
The ‘Baby’, ‘Call’ hitmaker who has since been featured by two of the bests singers from East Africa, Tanzania to be precise; Zuchu, and Nandy on their project has openly admitted that he’s single and happy with his arrangement at the moment.
Joeboy who was discovered by Mr Eazi through his record label ‘Empawa Africa’ in 2017 revealed in a recent interview on The Beat 99.9 FM in Lagos about his love life that has shocked a lot of single ladies who were head over heels for the 23-year-old Afropop, and R&B singer.
“I am single but am not searching, I have a lot of single friends. I’m still a sugar baby, I cannot say her name but I promise you I am. Yeah, I have a sugar mummy,”
Mr Eazi opens up about his music inspiration
After getting asked how the two of them met, Joeboy was quick to answer, “she met me”, adding that the arrangement is actually working for him for the better and he’s into it as much as his sugar mummy is into it.
When asked the question, “what’s the arrangement like?”
Joeboy answered, “It’s really really dope, it’s really dope, I feel super free, she feels free too and it’s fun”
Joeboy is the very first mainstream African artiste to open up about dating a sugar mummy and being appreciative of the arrangement between the two of them.
Joeboy isn’t quick to settle down either, he likes how his arrangement with the sugar mummy is working for him, so ladies, sorry but Joeboy is busy!
