Daniel Adongo’s family has made a statement through Daniel Adongo’s father, Joe Adongo after Daniel Adongo’s plight came into the public eye.
Joe Adongo had a conversation with different publications about the current state of his son and explained that there are already plans in the pipeline to help Daniel Adongo and that his family is doing everything possible to put things under control.
“Whether Dan is in trouble is neither here nor there, but I want to tell his fans and Kenyans that his family is doing everything to put things under control,” said Joe Adongo on phone conversation all the way from Juba, South Sudan, where he is managing banking services for Middle Eastern countries as he was speaking with Saturday Nation Sport on August, Friday, 14, 2020.
“Most slump into depression hence need help. Dan’s situation needs sobriety and calmness,” he said.
“The media can build or destroy someone and that is why I am pleading with the media so that Dan doesn’t sink deep into depression.”

Joe pleaded with Kenyans to focus on Dan’s success story in rugby and the National Football League.
“Let us wish him success and the best in days to come as we handle the situation,” explained Joe. “We are in touch daily and I can assure you all is well.”
Joe Adongo also had a conversation with another publication where he opened up to them about his son even further, the legendary NFL player, Daniel Adongo and what his family is planning to do in the next few for their beloved son.
“Getting the process underway to resolve the difficulties our beloved son is going through are underway. We ask that at this moment of difficulty that we are accorded the necessary privacy as we try to remedy the situation.” Joe Adongo told Standard Sports.
“It is understandable that such a situation can befall any young person. We are grateful that the outside world has empathized with us and as a family, we don’t take for granted the support we have received,” Joe Adongo continued, adding, “I request that we leave it at that as we work to resolve the difficulties he is going through. Let us continue showing him the love he so needs”.
