Gospel singer Jimmy Gait recently took to social media to announce that he will be undergoing a throat surgery in India. He revealed that his damaged throat is the reason why he has been off music scene.
Jimmy is currently in New Delhi, India where he is undergoing treatment at the BLK hospital to find out what he is suffering from. However rumors have been running rife that the gospel singer is battling throat cancer.

Murang’a Woman Representative Sabina Chege recently paid Jimmy Gait a visit during her trip to India. The lawmaker was seen enjoying a meal with Jimmy Gait while also in company of other people.
Jimmy Gait later explained that Sabina Chege’s mission to India was to assesses ways to improve the healthcare system in Kenya because many Kenyans have been flying to the populous Asian country to seek treatment.
“Mheshimiwa Sabina Chege came to visit Kenyans who are ailing here in India. She has gathered some good information on why so many Kenyans are coming here and how the government can intervene to improve our Health sector. Wapi likes za Mheshimiwa!” wrote Jimmy Gait.
