Jaguar who is a renowned musician, former NACADA director, businessman, a father and recently an elected Member of Parliament under the Jubilee Party umbrella has just released a single dubbed ‘Ndoto’ which ideally talks about how he has finally managed to fulfill his childhood dream of becoming someone important in the society, how he started from nothing to getting protected like a bank.

How far he has come from. the Starehe Member of Parliament is someone who is hands on and has managed to put himself there through hard work, dedication and determination and he is indeed going places not only through music but politics too. The artiste is the third musician to be elected as a member of parliament in East African region after Robert Kyagulanyi “Bobi Wine” Ssentamu who the Ugandan member of parliament for Kyaddondo East constituency in Wakiso District and Tanzanian Joseph “Professor Jay” Haule, who is a member of the Tanzanian parliament for Mikumi constituency. So it’s safe to say the east African region is well represented.
