King Kaka made history a couple of days back as he walked from Nairobi to Nakuru dubbed The Menstrual Walk 2019 in six days. The distance from Nairobi to Nakuru is 154 kilometers so just respect and believe in what King Kaka is doing for the girl child who can’t afford to go to school because of lack of sanitary towels.

King Kaka was also given a massive shout out by the hosts of New York’s hip hop show hosts at Hot 97, Ebro “The Old Man” Darden, Peter Rosenberg and Laura Stylez and commended him for the great thing he is doing by keeping young girls in school.

King Kaka took time to educate his fans that since he began the initiative of keeping girls in school, the campaign has seen 22,000 girls benefited since it’s inception. King Kaka gave out the statistics when one one his fans called him out for doing allegedly “women’s work” and suggested that he should leave it to a woman.

“For me hii campaign achia mwanamke bro. No hard feelings” the comment by @rnyamache read on Instagram.

Instead of King Kaka taking offence to the comment, he took his time to educate his “lost” fan and explain to him and others generally how much of an impact what he is doing really is.

“Since we started this campaign 22,000 girls have benefited. This means a more educated generation and a different mindset. That’s why it’s important to me. I will never apologize for starting this movement. Let’s keep more girls in school. Go to BankOnMe.co.ke and Donate ” King Kaka said on Instagram.

I am a Pan-Afrikanist to the core and love to let the world know what they are missing in Africa. I might do that through music and some interesting posts from time to time so please bare with me.

I will always be real though, that's a guarantee.
