She was allegedly dwelling in one of the shanty houses in Kiamaiko.
The point being, everybody has a past and nobody should ever bash you(without you exclusively allowing them to) for coming from a place where you had no choice over it.
You will only become a hypocrite if you deny the truth by denying your background as Huddah Monroe does.

Granted, many people have made it from humble beginnings, and all through, they have turned out to be respected and revered people in the community because when it’s all said and done, not a lot of people have managed to break away from poverty that has been smeared throughout their generation.
What matters most is where you are headed, not where you came from.
One video was uploaded by the somewhat social media guru, one Joe Muchiri(who I might add had a social media scuffle with the socialite before) so maybe he might be vindictive to share the video or not, who knows but that besides the point.
In this video, Huddah Monroe is seen being shy, toothless, dingy, and groggy at the same time when she was being interviewed for something which seems to be a video shoot while holding a can of redbull.

Say what you want about Huddah Monroe but just know that not everyone can say that they have a custom range rover with their name written on it, has their own cosmetics line, acted in a yet to be released Naija Nollywood movie with Mike Ezuruonye, and can manage to sell-out shows and fill clubs.
I am proud to say that I am proud of what Huddah Monroe has managed to achieve in the industry bit not so proud of how she got there, what’s important though is that she’s winning, she’s on top of the world, entertainment world and that’s key!
