LadyBud is a sure talented female rapper and a veteran one to be precise, the way she started out is somewhat a cliché because she started out as in a music family called Punda Music but came left it to join forces with yet another talented, young rapper called Shakim Shallah, formerly of Black R.O.Z.E & Crunchy Crooks to form the Eclipse, yup! You read correctly; the Eclipse but don’t confuse it with the famous American rap group, this is our very own Eclipse.
The rap duo which was formed in 2014 are currently working on their studio album having already released a mixtape, videos and gracing several events, it is safe to say that Eclipse are the new kids on the block and they are here to stay definitely being versatile in the music realm because they do Poetry, Hip Hop, Afro Pop, Reggae, Afro Soul, Poetry Pop and Dancehall with a passion and determination to change the game completely.
However LadyBud went ahead to release a song called ‘Wipe Me Down’ as a solo project that and not as Eclipse. After watching this video you will understand why not only LadyBud’s music but Eclipse’s music is something you should keep a keen eye on.
