Harmonize recently received a surprising proposal from Ugandan businessman Shakib Lutaaya, the husband of socialite Zari Hassan.
Lutaaya suggested a boxing match between himself and the Tanzanian music superstar, hinting at potential financial gains and charitable endeavors.
In response, Harmonize expressed his intentions to transition into boxing, citing the music industry’s perceived negativity.
He stated, “Let me focus on punching Mwakinyo so that I can change my career. There’s a lot of hate here [in music]. There will probably be peace, I know I will succeed, God help me.”
When Lutaaya’s proposal reached Harmonize, he issued a cautious warning, suggesting that Lutaaya may want to reconsider his challenge after witnessing Harmonize’s prowess.
Harmonize responded with a cryptic message, “LOL. Watch this first may make you change your mind.”
Konde Boy then directed his attention to Zari Hassan, questioning whether she was aware of her husband’s proposal.
Expressing concern for Zari’s safety, he implied that Lutaaya’s challenge could be perilous.
“Zari, do you know this?? Your man is trying to play with death!” Harmonize wrote to Zari.
However, in a subsequent update, Harmonize clarified that he would not be abandoning music for boxing.
He reaffirmed his commitment to the music industry, emphasizing his role in advocating for and celebrating women through his songs.
He stated, “I will continue to fight in the music industry because women need someone like me to defend them and praise them with songs.”
