Harmonize broke the internet, at least in Tanzania yesterday after he landed in Tanzania after his America tour, his very first tour.
Harmonize talked about a lot of stuff that he’s been keeping close to his chest for over 3 years, he also touched on the circumstances that saw him buy his contract from Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB) which was a ten-year-long contract.
Harmonize disclosed that his contract with WCB was a 60-40 split with the record label having Lion’s share. He also disclosed that he was blocked from supporting Burna Boy on his show in Rwanda, how he was charged TSh. 10 million by the record label for going to support the Tanzanian national team.
Harmonize opened up saying that he tried all he can to allow peace to reign between himself and Diamond Platnumz but Simba couldn’t hear any of it and that’s why he decided to leave the record label because that’s what the record label wanted, they wanted him out because he started to become big than Diamond Platnumz, his boss.
TO buy himself out of the WCB contract, Harmonize was asked to pay TSh 500 million so that he can be released from the record label. After he did just that, the WCB record label once again asked him to pay another TSh 100 million for him to get released.
The ‘Outside’ hitmaker actually paid TSh 600 million for him to get released from WCB.
He noted that WCB international WCB Manager Sallam SK played a huge role in him getting kicked out of WCB because he never liked him for reasons only known to him because he used all the powers at his disposal to come between him and Diamond Platnumz.
Speaking on the respect that he accorded Diamond Platnumz over the years despite the WCB team always trying to sabotage him and his career, Harmonize says that he still has the Diamond Platnumz’s face tattoo on his skin because he’s still grateful for what the ‘Jeje’ singer did for his life.
Turning down Zari Hassan
Harmonize disclosed that he still keeps in touch with Zari Hassan, Tanasha Donna even Hamisa Mobetto and he usually turns down their requests of wanting to work with them because he doesn’t want people to think that he’s trying to be distrustful/disrespectful to Diamond Platnumz by hanging out and/or working with them to spite his former boss.
He explained that he turned down Zari Hassan’s intentions of taking a photo with him at the airport in South Africa where he had gone to shoot the official music video for his ‘Bedroom’ hit song where as fate would have it, they booked the same plane, Kenya Airways.

He explained to Zari Hassan the implications of taking a photo with her and sharing the same on social media even though both of them meant well.
Zari understood where he was coming from and that’s why we’ve never seen a photo of them together.
Harmonize talked about a lot of things that people didn’t know about his situation with WCB saying that his former record label is trying to label him as a traitor in an effort to tarnish his face before the fans when all he did was try to fix their differences with them through Diamond Platnumz but Simba didn’t want anything to do with him.
The Mtwara native, Harmonize whose real name is Rajab Abdul Kahali is seriously contemplating covering the Diamond Platnumz portrait on his left arm because Diamond Platnumz and his team does not wish him anything good in life despite him always trying to make peace.
