Scot Frank Nuttal left Gor Mahia when their form was worrying. Nuttal led Green Army to an unbeaten Kenya Premier League (KPL) victory in the season 2014/2015.
Nuttal’s woes started when Gor Mahia’s chairman Ambrose Rachier demanded that he take a pay cut contrary to his contract.
K’ogallo started their 2016 campaign with Nuttal boycotting his duty. A series of loses and draws prompted Nuttal to finally exit the club.
The Scot joined Egyptian side Zamalek as assistant coach. Gor had been scouting for Nuttal’s replacement and they landed on retired Brazilian international footballer Ze Maria.
Ze Maria has already touched down in Kenya ready to steer the mighty Gor Mahia to a fourth successive KPL victory.
