Elated former Israeli diplomat to Kenya cum sensational singer is officially a Kenyan citizen.
The talented musician who is very fluent in Swahili is glad if not elated that he’s finally a Kenyan citizen after waiting for so many years.
The ‘Swahili Girl’ hitmaker who has since taken up garlic farming right after taking a music hiatus to focus on his farming opened up to social media about how much he is happy to be a citizen of Kenya, a country that he adores so much.
Gilad disclosed that he’s been in the country for 21 years and applied for his citizenship 6 years ago.
Taking to social media, the ever-vibrant, ever-smiling musician cum farmer cum businessman showed off his certificate that proves his Kenyan citizenship as he wore a big smile on his face.
“It has been 21 years since I first came to Kenya [love emoji] and 6 years since I applied for my Kenyan Citizenship 🇰🇪 Now it is finally official 🙏🏽 NAJIVUNIA KUWA MKENYA 🥳 #GodIsGood,” he shared on social media.
Gilad Millo became a Kenyan citizen on 28th October 2021.
