G Fukei might as well be the next, serious prospect in the ever-competitive bongo music since he is committed to being the best in the genre despite anything he might lack.
The bongo flavor artiste who not only sings but also writes his own music, G Fukei real name Kelvin Maina born in Nyahururu in Kwanjiku, Marmanet in Laikipia West is here to dominate and he’s willing to convince everybody else that he’s here to last and dominate.

The bongo flavor artiste who went to Nairobi Technical to pursue a Certificate in Electrical Engineering decided to take music seriously while in school and even wrote a couple of songs while in school.
He wrote, ‘Maneno’, ‘Pombe’, and ‘Nashukuru’ with the latter really convincing him that he actually was meant to do good, quality music.
Currently signed under Alka Music Group, G Fukei has released some rather interesting covers of songs done by Sauti Sol, Susumila, Mbosso, and Rayvanny.

He is definitely something, the music industry isn’t ready for G Fukei who is destined to dominate with authority, at least in the Kenyan music scene and later on, across the region hopefully.
