P Unit rapper Frasha has decided to permanently retire from music but not without one last show to sum up his career in the industry.
The veteran rapper decided to quit music in 2023 because the number ’23’ is special for him.
“23 is a magical number for me , 2023 is a magical year for me and 23rd is when I bid the game goodbye officially,” Frasha wrote in part.
He added that he would be performing for one last time today February 23 before he ultimately bows out of the game for good.
“Thursday 23rd 2023 will be my last public show and also my birthday party .Come join me as i give the last bow and celebrate my musical career. Its a new dawn.Making moves 2023 #mungumbele #makechangeinthesmallestwaypossible #itsmybirthday #FrashaFoundation,” Frasha wrote.
Frasha was a member of onetime most successful Kenyan hip hop group P-Unit which comprised of Gabu and Bon-eye.
The trio enjoyed unrivaled success in the early 2000s as they dominated the airwaves with hit songs such as Kare, Gentleman, You guy (Dat Dendai), Mobimba, Weka Weka among others.
