Ladies and gentlemen allow me to introduce you to the current serving minister for Water Resources And Irrigation in the Republic Of South Sudan’s Transitional Government of National Unity, Hon. Mabior Garang De Mabior who happens to be the son to the former President Dr. Garang.
He is currently serving in the Unity government courtesy of Dr. Riek Machar and was recently kicked out of the first ministers’ meeting by President Salva Kiir for inappropriate dressing.
