On the night of May 5th, it was reported that a Kenyan man was shot to death along Ngong road. The person would turn out to be a billionaire and government fierce critic Jacob Juma.
Following this heinous brutal murder,accusations were levelled against the corrupt Jubilee government. Leading in the park was the opposition top brass of Raila Odinga, Moses Wetangula and Kalonzo Musyoka. The investigating bodies pointed to the possibility of normal robbery, an allegation that has been vehemently refuted by the critics of Uhuru regime.
Throughout this,as probe into murder of the city businessman proceeded,a lady by the name Cheryl Kitonga emerged.The police in a local TV expose’ said,on the fateful night,Jacob was in a company of a female friend who sat on the co-drivers seat. The lady was later dropped in the CBD to pick a cab home.
According to KTNs Jicho Pevu, Cheryl who was the chief suspect in this murder case, was grilled by the director of criminal investigations.
When KTN met Cheryl Kitonga, she denied ever meeting the slain businessman before as widely claimed and that their much talkef about meeting was never planned. Jacob just bumped to him at a city Mpesa transaction shop.
“Jacob Juma nilipatana naye on Thursday 5th, ilikuwa lunch time, nilikuwa nimebeba rice bila stew so had gone to Mpesa to withdraw money to buy stew,”
It is at this point that a man walked in after her, and the person had done wrong transaction and wanted to stop the transactions.
