Elodie Zone has since retracted her statements over Nviiri the Storyteller abusing her saying that bloggers blew the whole thing out of proportion.
Elodie Zone broke the internet the other day after she took to social media to open up on how her supposed ex-boyfriend Nviiri the Storyteller mistreated her to an extent of being physical to her in public.
A few hours later, she has come forward to retract everything she said about Nviiri the Storyteller and they’re allegedly back together.
Telling off bloggers and tabloids, Elodie Zone says that whatever she wrote on social media was taken out of context and she didn’t mean what she said because she was tipsy and she could hardly remember what she was writing.

“Nviiri and I came to coast with our friends to unwind, relax and make peace with each other. When I made my post it was fueled by tension and an afternoon of a few too many drinks.
Neither one of us thought it would be blown out of proportion the way it has been. Blogging sites and bloggers have also began to spread misinformation and this is affecting our careers and family lives.” Elodie Zone wrote in her latest retract statement.
Elodie Zone asked her stans to not throw any hate toward her and Nviiri but understand them instead.
She promised that you will be seeing good content, clothing, and music from them going forward asking for forgiveness if she portrayed something that was not.
“We are both moving forward with full respect and peace and plan on continuing the year focused on our work lives only.
Kindly be considerate of the situation and do not send hate to him or myself. I’m sorry if this has painted us to be something we aren’t. Good content, clothing and music will continue coming from us and our teams.” she added.
This comes a few hours after Sauti Sol’s management team who owns Sol Generation, the record company that has signed Nviiri the Storyteller released their statement.
“As Sol Generation we do not and will not tolerate any form of mental, physical and emotional abuse. The recent events and allegations surrounding Nviiri the Storyteller and Elodie are of great concern to us.” Sol Generation’s official statement read in part.
Sol Generation promised to undergo a Progressive Portrayal training.
“That said, as both parties arrive back into the city, we have a life and mental wellness sessions waiting for them with a specialist in the field. We believe offering a helping hand in these times is paramount…” the statement went on.
