Elodie Zone has decided to move on from Sauti Sol’s signee Nviiri the Storyteller and moved on from him expeditiously.
Elodie Zone isn’t bitter about finally parting ways with Nviiri the Storyteller, she’s just tired and done with the ‘Overdose’ singer choosing her sanity, well-being, and peace over dating a celebrity.
Here’s what she wrote on social media:
“Physical, Mental, Verbal, and emotional abuse towards women is unacceptable!
I want to make it clear that I am NOT dating Nviiri. We just met in Coast, but the reason that I left him is the same reason that has come up as we are “respectful friends”.
I’ve worked so damn hard as a woman to love myself. To be confident. To stack my money. To support those around me.
I’m tired of ‘well-known men’ taking advantage of women because we’re are focused, intelligent, and authentic.

Taking to social media, Elodie Zone explained herself right after telling the world that she’s done with Nviiri the Storyteller in her Q&A session.
Just to prove that she’s forever done with Nviiri the Storyteller, she has deleted all the photos of herself together with her ex-boyfriend, there isn’t a single photo of Nviiri in her social media timeline.
Her reasons
In her Questions and Answers session, she answered some questions revealing that she had to cover some bruises in her past two relationships to save face while getting undermined in the process maintaining her silence.
“I’ve hidden bruises from my past two relationships. I’ve felt stupid and have been undermined,” she said in part in her Instagram story.
Elodie Zone went further to disclosed that she has on numerous occasions told to stop speaking out on social media lest she gets regarded as someone who is acting out.
She instead urge both men and women in celebrated and/or higher position to speak up to kill the stigma.
“I’ve felt stupid and have been undermined. I’ve kept quiet. I’ve been told to stop speaking up on social media cause I’ll look like I’m “acting out,” I’ve been told that depression means you overact… etc… all are total nonsense.
I want men and women in my position to raise their voices! We may be small but our voices cannot be silenced!” she added.
Left stranded at a party
Elodie Zome also touched a little bit on that one time she was left stranded during curfew hours on the 1st day of this year, January 1, 2021.
Elodie also recalls Nviiri allegedly slamming her against a table and leaving her behind.
She was left stranded by Nviiri the Storyteller together with her baby cousins at a club. Zone cites her “life is good” highlight as a reference to the same.
“Yup. January 1st 2021. There are videos online od him slamming me against a table and leaving me and my baby cousins at a club past curfew. Cross check with my “life is good” highlight. The first vid.” she answered a fan who asked her, “Is he the one who left you stranded after the party?”
