DNA didn’t take it lightly the veteran DJ had to say about him on his recent NRG radio interview where he said that he didn’t play DNA and Khaligraph Jones’ music back in the day because they were not up to the standard that he wanted to put for the Kenyan music market.
Khaligraph Jones decided to not answer DJ Pinye’s remarks and let it slide and said that he has grown from his dissing days but fellow rap artiste DNA didn’t go the Khaligraph Jones route, he decided to release a lethal diss record directed at Dj Pinye dubbed ‘Kapinye’ which downplays everything DJ Pinye stood for back in the day and even went on ahead to say that the DJ has not mentored anyone in the music industry, and having no investments while the DJs he came up with are winning in their own right since they invested right.
DNA wasn’t happy DJ Pinye had something to say about him whatsoever on the radio and even went on ahead to say that it’s DJ Pinye’s fault that Elani is not as successful as they are supposed to be because of the bad advice the DJ gave them.
DNA really went ham on this record iterating on the ‘Kapinye’ that he won’t be and he will not be scared to call out DJ Pinye who he believes messed up a lot of artistes careers
