The latest collaboration by DJ NRUFF for his upcoming album – 1ST CLASS – brings together Kenyan EDM producers DJ Fita & Mahemba who form FITEMBA & HENDRICK With Vocals by Crown Prince Of Benga DAN ACEDA.

The song is revolutionary as its never been done in Kenya where an artist sings in his mother tongue, English & Kiswahili on a progressive EDM track.

Dan ACEDA lends his vocals to complete this song ss he calls a lady he loves.

The song was released on Spotify, Tidal, Amazon, Deezer & Major online stores as it heads to iTunes in a few days.

in the words of DJ FITA :

“sometime last year I started working with Dj Nruff for his album. started with remixing a track from his previous album. then this one time he hit me up and he was excited. he had this whole plan of a track. the vision and everything. it was now for me to execute this.

I made a couple of tracks but none felt right. it was during this time that I was working with hemba a lot and this one slow night he sent me this great demo. best drop I’d heard in a while. as I said it was a slow night but this track,I really did connect and this amazing sad boi melody was created.
I send the record to him and he says he likes it then goes quite for a while. a couple of weeks later he hits me up says his friend, a ‘Dan’ had said he loved the track and would be doing the vocals.
a few more weeks and I’m not sure anymore if this will happen. I’m headed to my 5pmclass and he send me the track. plugged the ear phones and played. I didn’t know what it was. he just texted “vipi bro” and dropped the track.

heard this familiar voice . went to set it on reply from my music app and that’s when I saw the name. Dan Aceda demo… like fam,I’ve never been happy. first the voice then to realise it was Dan. such a great moment for me.
so yes,this is our record.”
