Diana Marua recently shared a candid conversation with her househelps where she answered some of the issues that concern them about her personal life, family and career.

Among the issues that she had to talk about were cyber attacks where her adopted son Morgan Bahati was linked to famous Kenyan sportsmen Ferdinand Omanyala and Victor Wanyama.

In her response, the mother of three made it clear that she has never met Omanyala and that she only sees him running on television.

“I have never met Omanyala. I only see him running on TV. I always see him winning Olympic awards. That’s how I know Omanyala. That is not the case at all,” Diana Marua said.

Diana said that she does not blame Kenyans for associating her with the sportsmen noting that everyone has their own opinion about everything.

She said she met Bahati after her previous dating life and they started dating and falling in love.

“As soon as I got along with Baha, I found out that he had adopted children. Among the three children were Morgan, Purity and Rose. They were all at the Children’s Home,” he said.

Diana narrated how her husband took Morgan from the Children’s Home where she also grew up and adopted him as his own son. The boy was only two years old when the former gospel singer adopted him as his son.

“When I met Bahati and those children, I loved him like that. If you love someone, you love the person and their people. I was ready to settle down with Bahati and his people,” he said.

She added, “That being said, I am very proud and honored to be Morgan’s mother.” She is definitely the first person who ever called me mother. He is the one who gave me the name mother. And I’m always proud of that.”

The rapper revealed that he believes all the success he and Bahati have achieved in the several years of their marriage are blessings brought by Morgan.

“Of course it has not been easy to raise Morgan, but where we have come at this time is God,” he said.

Bahati adopted Morgan as his son in 2013 when he visited the ABC children’s room where he also grew up.
